Project Commercial Director

An opportunity exists for an esteemed Project Commercial Director to jointly manage the contractual, financial and commercial risk, on a multibillion infrastructure project.

Working in collaboration with multiple Tier one partners, you will assist in defining the commercial strategy, from pre-contract to hand over.

Duties will, amongst others, include –

• Establish robust relationships with the client, investors, supply chain and partners.
• Establish commercial governance frameworks
• Ensure adherence to shareholder and public‑sector controls
• Lead contract negotiations.
• Interpret and steer commercial behaviour.
• Lead financial reporting
• Ensure margin protection
• Own commercial risk and lead mitigation strategies
• Set the procurement strategy
• Lead the commercial contingent

Your recent long-term experience in a similar role for a tier one UK civil engineering contractor on a large infrastructure project, would definitely be advantageous.
