This is a core individual contributor role designed for a mid-level expert who thrives on execution, experimentation, and growth.</p> <p>You aren't just managing agencies or overseeing high-level corporate budgets, you will be the driving force behind our campaigns. You will design, build, and optimize paid social strategies that convert. If you love a fast-paced environment where you can see the direct impact of your work every day, this role is for you.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Own the Paid Social strategy:</strong> Develop, execute, and scale paid social campaigns across key platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) to achieve acquisition and ROI targets.</li> <li><strong>Hands-on execution &amp; optimization:</strong> Manage daily campaign operations, including setup, budget allocation, audience targeting, and bid optimization.</li> <li><strong>Drive data-backed decisions:</strong> Continually monitor performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR) using platform dashboards and attribution tools to steer budget and course-correct in real-time.</li> <li><strong>Lead creative experimentation:</strong> Collaborate closely with our internal brand and creative teams to brief, test, and iterate on high-performing visual assets and copy.</li> <li><strong>Continuous testing:</strong> Build a structured testing roadmap for audiences, landing pages, and creative formats to constantly improve funnel efficiency.</li> <li><strong>Adapt and innovate:</strong> Keep a pulse on algorithmic shifts, policy changes, and emerging social platforms to keep our growth strategy ahead of the curve.</li> <li><strong>Share cross-functional insights:</strong> Partner with your peers on the Performance marketing team, as well as Product, Localization, and regional leads to align paid media efforts with broader company milestones and seasonal student trends.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Your team</strong></p> <p>Reporting to the Head of Performance, you will join a lean, agile performance marketing team. You will work side-by-side with PPC, SEO and Partnerships Specialists. You will have a direct voice in shaping our global growth playbooks.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Your profile</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>3-5 years of dedicated experience</strong> managing paid social campaigns, ideally within a high-growth marketplace, B2C platform, or scale-up environment.</li> <li><strong>A growth mindset:</strong> You thrive in smaller, fast-moving teams, you prefer high autonomy and true ownership over corporate bureaucracy.</li> <li><strong>Data-driven &amp; analytical:</strong> You are incredibly comfortable with data, Google Sheets, and analytics tools (e.g., MixPanel). You make decisions based on numbers, not just gut feelings.</li> <li><strong>A proven executioner:</strong> You have a track record of scaling budgets efficiently without sacrificing performance.
