GCSE Tutor – Carlisle (CA3) Location: Carlisle, CA3 Job Type: Part-Time Working Hours: Weekdays during school hours We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic GCSE Tutor to provide high-quality, personalised tuition to students in the Carlisle (CA3) area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tutor or qualified teacher who is passionate about helping young people achieve their academic potential. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging 1:1 GCSE tuition sessions. Plan and adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs. Build students' confidence and support academic progress. Monitor progress and provide regular feedback. Create a positive, supportive, and safe learning environment. Requirements Experience teaching or tutoring GCSE students. Strong subject knowledge in the relevant GCSE subject(s). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one). Right to work in the UK. Ability to travel to Carlisle (CA3) for in-person tuition. Desirable Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a relevant teaching qualification.
