<p><strong>About the Senior Data Analyst role</strong></p>
<p data-start="0" data-end="441">As a Senior Data Analyst your main responsibility will be analysing complex datasets to generate actionable insights, support business decision-making, and improve operational and customer experience outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate findings through reporting and visualisation. However, as you’ll likely work across a variety of projects, your responsibilities may also include:</p>

<li data-section-id="sdl0o6" data-start="443" data-end="555">Analysing large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.</li>
<li data-section-id="1eoamok" data-start="556" data-end="713">Creating dashboards, reports, and data visualisations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.</li>
<li data-section-id="459q96" data-start="714" data-end="863">Collaborating with product, engineering, operational, and clinical teams to define reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy and consistency.</li>
<li data-section-id="6lpomw" data-start="864" data-end="1005">Supporting the development and optimisation of data models and data warehouse structures to improve analytical performance and scalability.</li>
<li data-section-id="13ifngj" data-start="1006" data-end="1113">Performing statistical analysis to support forecasting, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.</li>
<li data-section-id="1q5u637" data-start="1114" data-end="1239">Translating business questions into analytical frameworks and delivering actionable recommendations based on data findings.</li>
<li data-section-id="e4d9qh" data-start="1240" data-end="1346">Monitoring data quality and supporting governance processes to maintain reliable and accurate reporting.</li>
<li data-section-id="15inpkd" data-start="1347" data-end="1478">Working with cloud-based data platforms and warehousing solutions such as Snowflake to support analytics and reporting workflows.</li>
<li data-section-id="1s9ipqd" data-start="1479" data-end="1587">Supporting ETL and data transformation processes in collaboration with technical teams and data engineers.</li>
<li data-section-id="bvkrmk" data-start="1588" data-end="1689">Communicating complex analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li>
<li data-section-id="t27h3s" data-start="1690" data-end="1806">Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritise analytical initiatives and align reporting with business objectives.</li>
<li data-section-id="1lnhhi3" data-start="1807" data-end="1912">Assisting with documentation, reporting standards, and best practices for scalable analytics processes.</li>
<li data-section-id="1rqcbi1" data-start="1913" data-end="2051" data-is-last-node="">Working closely with client teams and cross-functional partners to support successful project delivery and measurable business outcomes.</li>

<p><strong>What we are looking for in this person</strong></p>
<ul>
<li data-section-id="17prz6b" data-start="0" data-end="67">Significant experience delivering at Senior Data Analyst level.</li>
<li data-section-id="1psbudh" data-start="68" data-end="122">Strong SQL skills for data analysis and reporting.</li>
<li data-section-id="e798v3" data-start="123" data-end="201">Experience analysing complex datasets and identifying actionable insights.</li>
<li data-section-id="1kfpa6p" data-start="202" data-end="283">Dashboarding and visualisation experience using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.</li>
<li data-section-id="1jkhcj1" data-start="284" data-end="350">Familiarity with statistical analysis and data interpretation.</li>
<li data-section-id="zdebzo" data-start="351" data-end="435">Experience working with data models and cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake - highly desirable </li>
<li data-section-id="1evs64l" data-start="436" data-end="491">Knowledge of dbt and data transformation workflows</li>
<li data-section-id="1ny1uw8" data-start="492" data-end="562">Strong understanding of data quality and reporting best practices.</li>

We'll also share more details about Nearform and the potential projects you may join.</p>
