Production Manager Locations: Northampton, Northamptonshire Salary: £40000 - £55000 per annum Description Impact Recruitment are supporting an established and well-respected manufacturing business based in Northampton with recruiting for a Production Manager to lead site operations and oversee a skilled workforce. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong people leader to take ownership of a stable operation while driving engagement, performance, and continuous improvement. This role is heavily focused on people management. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a positive working environment, developing team capability, and ensuring efficient day-to-day production processes.
