<p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support monthly reporting and create meaningful <strong>KPI analyses</strong> for management and business teams</li>
<li>Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to provide financial insights and support decision-making</li>
<li>Contribute to <strong>forecasting</strong>, <strong>budgeting</strong> and business planning activities</li>
<li>Prepare presentations and ad-hoc analyses that help steer the business</li>
<li>Improve reporting processes, data quality and financial systems together with the FP&A team</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What you’ll bring</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in <strong>FP&A</strong>, <strong>Controlling</strong>, or a similar Finance role</li>
<li>Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with financial and business data</li>
<li>Advanced <strong>Excel</strong> skills; experience with <strong>PowerQuery</strong>, <strong>PowerPivot </strong>or similar</li>
<li>Planning tools like <strong>OneStream</strong> would be a plus</li>
<li>Structured, hands-on and solution-oriented way of working</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders</li>
<li>Fluent in <strong>English</strong>; <strong>German</strong> is a plus</li>
