<p>Cherry Bekaert is searching for an Accounts Payable Analyst for a mid-sized organization in the Napierville/Aurora, IL area on a contract to hire basis.</p> <p> </p> <p>Candidate will be able to learn from a tenured team and must be able to toggle between multiple systems and Excel as well as have some AP background.</p> <p> </p> <p>Candidate will be responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>Data entry</li> <li>AP processing</li> <li>Data dumps from systems into Excel</li> <li>Working with data in Excel (mostly vlookups and some pivottables)</li> <li>Aptitude to learn and keep systems working through a manual process</li> <li>High volume AP experience is not required, but a thoughtful approach to Excel and systems is helpful!</li> </ul> <p>Candidate should have the following in their background:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma and 2+ years of AP experience, or Associate’s degree and 1 year of experience</li> <li>AP experience ideally from a distribution or manufacturing background</li> <li>Strong Excel and systems experience</li> <li>Ability to juggle multiple invoice types</li> <li>Prioritization experience</li> <li>Good written and verbal communication skills</li> </ul> IND123<br />
