Job Description Manage workflow through the Director's office, prioritising correspondence, tasks, and requests. Coordinate programme-wide inputs for key returns, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Monitor risks, opportunities, and overall performance against plans. Organise meetings and engagements, including logistics, materials, and tracking actions (with a focus on secure meetings). Oversee inbox management, resolving issues quickly and efficiently. Use digital and collaboration tools to support clear communication across teams. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across departments. Manage administrative processes, including expenses, purchase orders, and registers. Provide line management where required. The Successful Applicant A successful DV Business Manager should have: DV Clearance required Proven experience in managing business operations within the public sector or a similar environment. Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in using standard office software and tools for reporting and analysis. Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve operational challenges efficiently.
