Your tasks Work in the project management department of Kardex Processing customer orders in the SAP System Providing administrative support to the Project Manager, Sales Department as well as Service Department Maintaining communication with production facilities Maintaining communication with the customers Coordinating goods delivery Minimum 3 years of experience in an office environment (experience in a production or logistics environment is a plus) Very good command of English, both spoken and written (B2+) – mandatory Experience working with an ERP system; knowledge of SAP will be an additional advantage Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite High personal culture (professional demeanor) Ability to work effectively in a team Your profile Working with Kardex Automated storage solutions are high-tech.
