- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.

- Design, develop, and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and inventories to automate infrastructure and application management tasks.
- Implement and manage Git-based workflows using GitLab or GitHub, including version control, branching strategies, and CI/CD integration.
- Integrate automation solutions with orchestration and scheduling platforms such as Rundeck, Ansible Tower/AWX, and Jenkins.
- Develop and maintain YAML configurations and Jinja2 templates to enable scalable, reusable, and maintainable automation frameworks.
- Create and enhance Python scripts to support automation workflows, validations, and custom Ansible modules.
- Troubleshoot automation failures, perform root cause analysis, and optimize reliability, performance, and execution efficiency.
- Collaborate with DevOps, Platform Engineering, and Infrastructure teams to implement automation best practices and standards.
- Ensure automation solutions comply with security, governance, and operational requirements.
- Strong hands-on experience with Ansible, including playbook, role, and inventory management.
- Proven experience with Git-based version control systems such as GitLab and GitHub.
- Experience designing and supporting CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on knowledge of orchestration and automation tools, including Rundeck, Ansible Tower/AWX, or Jenkins.
- Strong understanding of YAML, Jinja2 templating, and Python scripting.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
- Automation-focused mindset with an emphasis on scalability, reusability, maintainability, and operational excellence.
- Intermediate to advanced Ansible expertise (E2 level or equivalent).
- Experience working in enterprise DevOps and Infrastructure Automation environments.
