Hiring an AI/ML Software Engineer to support signal processing efforts in a cleared environment. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical knowledge with curiosity, initiative, and a desire to work on impactful technical challenges.</p>
<p dir="ltr">What you’ll bring:</p>
<ul>
<li dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr">A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field</p>
</li>
<li dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr">At least 1 year of hands-on experience in applied AI/ML (3–5 years preferred)</p>
</li>
<li dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr">Strong foundation in deep learning, transformer architectures, and attention mechanisms</p>
</li>
<li dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr">Proficiency in modern ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn</p>
</li>
<li dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr">Programming experience with statistical and signal analysis libraries</p>
</li>
<li dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr">Familiarity with MLOps and full pipeline development — from model design to testing and deployment</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p dir="ltr">Preferred (not required):</p>
<ul>
<li dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr">Knowledge of digital signal processing and RFML</p>
</li>
<li dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr">Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), including fine-tuning and prompt design</p>
</li>
<li dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr">Interest in autonomous systems and real-time decision-making using AI</p>
