Your next big opportunity awaits!</p> <h3>Reports to</h3> <p>Art Director</p> <h3>What will you do?</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Key Art &amp; Key Visuals: develop high-impact key visuals for marketing campaigns, store pages, announcements, and global promotions</p> </li> <li> <p>Marketing Visual Assets: create concept and 3D-based promotional assets for social media, banners, advertising creatives, trailers, and platform-specific campaigns</p> </li> <li> <p>In-Game Marketing Assets: produce visual assets integrated into the game world (billboards, branded environments, in-world advertising elements)</p> </li> <li> <p>In-Game Campaign Art: create assets for live operations and in-game campaigns, including Battle Pass visuals, event branding, themed UI elements, and promotional art</p> </li> <li> <p>Storyboarding: contribute to storyboards and visual sequences for trailers, cinematics, and marketing videos to support narrative-driven content</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaboration: work closely with the Art Director and Marketing team to translate strategic goals into visually compelling designs</p> </li> <li> <p>Iteration &amp; Feedback: refine artwork based on stakeholder feedback to ensure alignment with campaign objectives, timelines, and brand guidelines</p> </li> <li> <p>Visual Research: analyze market trends, competitor branding, and audience expectations to inform design decisions</p> </li> </ul> <h3>What are we looking for?</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Proven Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in marketing art, concept art, or visual development within games or entertainment industries</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong Portfolio: demonstrated expertise in key art, branding, marketing visuals, and high-quality rendered assets for AAA projects</p> </li> <li> <p>Technical Proficiency: highly proficient in Photoshop and industry-standard 3D software (such as Maya, Blender, or equivalent) for creating marketing-ready visuals</p> </li> <li> <p>Brand Sensibility: deep understanding of visual identity systems and how marketing visuals drive engagement and recognition</p> </li> <li> <p>Creativity: ability to generate original, bold, and memorable visual concepts while staying aligned with strategic brand goals</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaboration: strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams</p> </li> <li> <p>Independence: ability to work creatively as part of a team and stay focused when working independently</p> </li> <li> <p>Time Management: ability to manage multiple creative tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</p> </li> <li> <p>English: upper-intermediate level or higher</p> </li> </ul> <h3>What additional skills will help you stand out?</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Experience working on AAA marketing campaigns</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with game engines and real-time rendering pipelines</p> </li> <li> <p>Traditional art skills (sketching, painting, sculpting) to strengthen visual storytelling</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong understanding of live-service campaign visuals and seasonal branding systems</p> </li> </ul> <h3>Work mode</h3> <ul> <li> <p><span data-teams="true">Full-time employment</span></p> </li> <li> <p>Onsite from Warsaw</p> </li> <li> <p><span data-teams="true">Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Poland at the time of application</span></p> </li> </ul> <h3>Type of Contract and Salary</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Employment Contract (umowa o prace)</p> </li> <li> <p><span data-teams="true">The salary range for this role is 18000 - 25000 PLN gross monthly (</span><em>The final salary within the range will depend on the candidate’s experience, skills, and performance during the interview. </em><em>Please note that this salary range applies to Poland; for other locations, it might be different.)</em></p> </li> </ul> <h3>Benefits</h3> <p>Benefits and perks are tailored to the local market and culture.
