About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join a well-established and innovative company based in Horsham town centre.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a clean, modern production environment, working on the assembly of specialist instrumentation and products.
Key Responsibilities
- Assembling electrical and mechanical sub-assemblies into finished products
- Carrying out manual soldering (training can be provided)
- Preparing and applying adhesives, seals and membranes to plastic components
- Filling low-volume specialised liquids into vials and containers
- Operating a range of assembly equipment and tools
- Using digital jigs and fixtures to test components and finished products
- Packaging and labelling finished goods
- Supporting the wider production team with ad-hoc tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good manual dexterity (comfortable working with small components)
- Previous assembly, production or manufacturing experience (ideal but not essential)
- Experience in electronics or soldering is advantageous
- Reliable with good timekeeping
- Comfortable using a computer
