<h4><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Lead the General Ledger function across all German entities</li>
<li>Own the full <strong>closing process (monthly, quarterly, annual – HGB / IFRS)</strong></li>
<li>Ensure accuracy of journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations</li>
<li>Deliver validated financial data and reporting packages to Group Accounting</li>
<li>Drive consistency and reliability in financial accounting processes</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>What you’ll bring</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Strong experience in General Ledger Accounting in multi-entity environments</li>
<li>Initial leadership experience or readiness to step into a team lead role</li>
<li>Deep knowledge of <strong>HGB</strong> (IFRS is a plus)</li>
<li>Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Workday Finance) is a plus</li>
<li>Fluent in <strong>German and English</strong></li>
