<h4><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Act as key Finance Business Partner to Tech & Product leadership</li>
<li>Own financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting</li>
<li>Drive variance analysis, KPI steering, and performance management</li>
<li>Translate complex data into clear, decision-relevant insights</li>
<li><strong>Challenge and support investment decisions</strong> in Product and Engineering</li>
<li>Ensure alignment and data consistency across international teams</li>
<li>Improve FP&A processes, reporting, and automation</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>What you’ll bring</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>8+ years of experience in <strong>FP&A, Controlling, or Finance Business Partnering</strong></li>
<li>Experience supporting <strong>Tech, Product, or digital business units</strong></li>
<li>Strong understanding of financial modelling, forecasting, and performance steering</li>
<li>Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders</li>
<li>Advanced skills in Excel and data tools (e.g. Power BI, PowerQuery)</li>
<li>Structured, hands-on, and solution-oriented working style</li>
<li>Fluent in <strong>English</strong>; German is a plus</li>
