About the Role

BettingJobs is working with an iGaming operator. They are looking for a Lead Product Designer / Head of Product Design to join their team based remotely in Europe.

Key Responsibilities

Own and define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Lead UX/UI design direction across web and mobile platforms
Drive data-informed product decisions (funnels, LTV, retention, conversion)
Build and manage a high-performing design and product team
Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and compliance teams
Optimize player journeys: onboarding, payments, gameplay, loyalty, VIP
Introduce innovative mechanics (gamification, social features, crypto integrations)
Benchmark against top iGaming competitors and continuously raise the bar

Requirements

Proven experience as a Head of Product, Lead Product Designer, or similar senior role in iGaming
MUST have worked with tier-1 brands/operators in the space
(sweepstakes casinos and/or crypto casinos strongly preferred)
Strong portfolio demonstrating high-converting UX/UI in gaming or betting products
Deep understanding of:
Player psychology & behavioral design
Monetization strategies (FTD, ARPU, VIP systems)
Payments, KYC, and regulatory constraints
Experience with crypto ecosystems / Web3 integrations is a major plus
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

Experience launching or scaling sweepstakes platforms
Familiarity with provably fair systems / blockchain gaming
Background in growth product or performance-driven design
