About the Role

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>How You’ll Make an Impact</strong></span></p> <p>As a Senior Consultant on our Planning &amp; Performance Management (PPM) Advisory Services team, you’ll partner with healthcare organizations to help them adopt and optimize StrataJazz® solutions for financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management.</p> <p>You’ll guide customers in translating data into actionable insights, shaping planning processes, and establishing the workflows and structures needed to support effective decision-making. This role blends advisory, facilitation, and structured execution to help organizations improve financial performance and operational alignment.</p> <h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;">What You’ll Do</span></h2> <ul> <li>Partner with customers to understand goals, priorities, and current state processes to help define the scope and approach for advisory engagements</li> <li>Facilitate working sessions and discussions to align on planning processes, performance management practices, and key decisions</li> <li>Translate financial and operational data into clear insights and actionable recommendations</li> <li>Help design and refine planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance review processes</li> <li>Develop and deliver roadmap materials, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders across finance and operational leadership</li> <li>Advise on how to effectively leverage StrataJazz® PPM capabilities, including data structure, workflow design, and integration considerations</li> <li>Support elements of engagement execution, including information gathering, process documentation, and coordination of deliverables</li> <li>Provide guidance on change management, including communication approaches, training support, and adoption best practices</li> <li>Coordinate timelines, milestones, and engagement activities to ensure work progresses effectively</li> <li>Collaborate with internal partners across product, delivery, and account teams to ensure alignment and consistency in recommendations</li> </ul> <h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;">What We’re Looking For</span></h2> <ul> <li>3–5+ years of experience in healthcare finance, FP&amp;A, performance management, or healthcare consulting</li> <li>Strong ability to translate financial or operational data into meaningful insights and recommendations</li> <li>Strong background in Microsoft excel</li> <li>Experience supporting financial planning processes such as budgeting, forecasting, or performance management</li> <li>Ability to lead discussions, facilitate alignment, and communicate clearly across a range of stakeholders</li> <li>Experience with process improvement, change management, or system adoption initiatives</li> <li>Understanding of financial concepts such as financial statements, cost accounting, and service line reporting</li> <li>Strong organization and project coordination skills</li> <li>Willingness to travel within the U.S. as needed (up to ~35%)</li> <li>You’d Really Wow Us If You Have: <ul> <li>Experience working within a health system FP&amp;A or financial planning team</li> <li>Experience in healthcare consulting or advisory services</li> <li>Familiarity with Strata’a planning or performance management platforms</li> <li>Experience presenting insights using visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI</li> <li>Experience using SQL or other relational database systems</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Estimated Salary Range: $90,000-110,000<br><br></strong>Actual salary will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skill set and level of experience. This salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Strata also provides discretionary variable pay programs based on role.
