This role is a unique opportunity to operate at the center of Group Accounting, Group Reporting, and strategic finance initiatives.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">Reporting directly to the </span><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Director Group Reporting & Consolidation</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto">, the Group Finance Manager will act as a trusted advisor and right hand to the Director, supporting the further development of our financial governance, reporting excellence, and transformation agenda.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></p>

<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Group Accounting & Consolidation Support</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Support oversight of Group consolidation under IFRS, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Act as sparring partner to the Lead Group Accounting on complex accounting matters</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Support the implementation and documentation of new accounting standards</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
</ul>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Contribute to the preparation and review of consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Enhance the quality and clarity of external financial reporting</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Review and challenge accounting treatments, technical assessments, and position papers</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
</ul>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Take ownership of selected cross-functional finance projects aimed at increasing process efficiency, standardization, and automation - Act as a key contributor on high-impact Group-wide initiatives</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Support readiness of financial processes, Internal Controls, documentation, and governance structures in line with increasing regulatory and stakeholder expectations</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Act as trusted sparring partner to the Director Group Reporting & Consolidation </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>

<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Your Profile</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or professional qualification in accounting and finance</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">6–10+ years of relevant experience in (Group) Accounting, Reporting, Audit, Taxes or other relevant finance functions</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong IFRS expertise and solid consolidation knowledge</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience in a dynamic, growing, and increasingly regulated environment is a plus</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong analytical mindset combined with hands-on execution capability</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">High level of ownership, resilience, and attention to detail</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
