As a Frontend Engineer, you will be working for our client, a leader in the payments industry, developing and supporting user interfaces for the Global Disbursements platform. This platform enables customers and clients to transfer funds rapidly and securely worldwide—paying suppliers, salaries, taxes, and managing transactions across multiple channels. Your main responsibilities: Build, support, and optimize front-end services and applications using ReactJS, Typescript, Bootstrap, and Java 8/11/17, ensuring high-quality, scalable UI solutions. Enhance operational efficiency by developing interactive tools and observability patterns for payment flows. Implement automation testing frameworks to reduce costs and improve testing efficiency. Increase Straight-Through-Processing (STP) capabilities to streamline payment processing. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and delivery teams in an Agile environment to ensure timely and high-quality project execution. Maintain and update legacy UX technologies such as JSP, ensuring smooth integration with new front-end solutions. You're ideal for this role if you have: At least 4 years of experience in front-end development, preferably within payments or financial services. Proven expertise with React 18, Typescript 5, and Bootstrap 5. Experience with legacy UX technologies like JSP. Strong knowledge of Java 8+ (preferably Java 17+), microservices, RESTful APIs, and SQL databases. Solid understanding of microservice architecture and API integration. It is a strong plus if you have: (optional) Experience with Spring/Spring Boot frameworks. Certifications or additional skills in automation testing tools. Language Required for the role: Fluent English, with excellent communication skills.
