<li><span data-contrast="auto">Use AI and modern content platforms to scale output and efficiency without compromising quality, accuracy, or brand voice, leveraging tools such as generative AI assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Writer), SEO and content intelligence platforms (e.g., Semrush, Ahrefs), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot).</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="none">Minimum 10+ years of experience in content, editorial leadership, or communications, with a proven record of driving business impact.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Experience leading lean teams and scaling content through strong systems and prioritization.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Background in PR, marketing, or communications agencies strongly preferred.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Strong working knowledge of editorial processes, SEO/AEO, analytics, and content management systems.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Demonstrated ability to link content strategy to revenue, pipeline, or measurable brand outcomes.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Experience in high-growth SaaS/software preferred; Healthcare, Financial Services, and/or Higher Education industry vertical experience is a plus.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>

<p><strong>Estimated Salary Range: $125,000 - $150,000<br><br></strong>Actual salary will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skill set and level of experience. This salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Strata also provides discretionary variable pay programs based on role.
