Hire Desk Controller Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
Hours: Monday – Friday (Days)
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITHIN EQUIPMENT HIRE 
(Plant, Tools, Powered Access or similar)

About the Company My client is a large and well-established Tool / Plant / Powered Access hire company operating nationwide. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced Hire Desk Controller to join their busy depot team.
Role Overview – Hire Desk Controller

• Handling hire enquiries via phone, email and online systems
• Checking machine availability and keeping system statuses accurate and up to date
• Working closely with engineering and transport teams to ensure equipment is prepared and delivered on time
• Providing excellent customer service and acting as a friendly, efficient point of contact for all depot enquiries

What You’ll Need

• Previous experience within plant hire, powered access, tool hire or material handling is essential
• Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
