About the Role
<h3>Job Summary: </h3>
<p>HighRadius is searching for a People & Culture Coordinator to join our HR team! In this role, you will manage HR systems, as well as maintain employee files for North America and European teams. Your day-to-day will also include auditing HR systems, handling ad-hoc employee requests, processing unemployment claims, reporting, and event logistics. </p>
<h3>What You’ll Do: </h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>HRIS:</strong> Continually find ways to optimize all our systems and ensure that employee data is updated accurately on a timely basis. Data loading and modeling of mass HR data changes. </li>
<ul>
<li>HR systems include but are not limited to: ADP WorkForceNow, DarwinBox, Deel, Compensation, and Performance Management systems, etc.</li>
<li>Data Integrity: Maintains communication with the payroll team & appropriate HR staff in all areas as needed, to ensure employee data information is accurate and issues/errors are addressed in a timely manner. Ensures accuracy and integrity of organizational data within all HR-related systems.</li>
<li>File Maintenance & Record Management: Ensures and updates employee files</li>
<li>Processing of all employee changes, such as new hires, status changes, and terminations</li>
</ul>
<li><strong>Reporting:</strong> Taking report requests from various partners, cleaning the data, and creating business reports that provide insight into key data points, both ad-hoc and standard reports</li>
<ul>
<li>Prepares and distributes ad-hoc, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports</li>
<li>Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout </li>
<li>Access existing databases and create processes for storage of new data</li>
</ul>
<li><strong>Benefits:</strong> Assist with benefits administration, such as:</li>

<li>Reconciliation of benefit invoices</li>
<li>Troubleshoot file feeds</li>
<li>Reviewing and approving benefit enrollments and changes in HRIS</li>
<li>Liaison with payroll system and benefits vendors for system integrations</li>
</ul>
<li><strong>Events: </strong>Partner with the People & Culture team to execute end-to-end event logistics and coordination.</li>
<li><strong>Special Projects: </strong>Deliver HR initiatives through completion and create reporting to track progress</li>
<ul>
<li>HR Help Desk: Provides support for People & Culture requests and inquiries from stakeholders and employees.</li>
<li>Interview Coordination: Schedules interviews, manages travel, and handles in-person interview setup and logistics. </li>
</ul>
<li>Other duties or projects may be assigned</li>
</ul>
<h3>What You’ll Need to be Successful: </h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.</li>
<li>0–2 years of professional experience (internships in HR or high-volume administrative roles are a plus).</li>
<li>Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li>
<li>Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across teams.</li>
<li>Ability to work with global partners across multiple time zones, including Europe and India.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Forms, Slides).</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
