Our mission is simple yet powerful: to elevate the quality of life in the communities we serve by innovating and improving the spaces where people reside, work, and gather.</p><p><strong><br>We are looking for skilled and dedicated ASHP Engineers to join our operations team in both Oxford and Reading.</strong></p><p>In this role, you will be at the forefront of modern heating solutions, managing installations, repairs, and maintenance across renewable technologies and eco-friendly systems.</p><p>If you are a logical thinker with a passion for first-class customer service and a "first-time fix" mentality, we want to hear from you.</p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Performing installations and repairs on heating, ventilation, and renewable technologies.</p></li><li><p>Conducting detailed surveys, recording safety-critical data (flows, temperatures, and settings), and identifying non-compliant issues.</p></li><li><p>Maintaining van stock to ensure high "First Time Fix" rates and coordinating with the office for parts procurement.</p></li><li><p>Adhering to company complaint procedures, documenting any property damage via photos/reports, and acting with a duty of care toward vulnerable tenants.</p></li><li><p>Managing real-time job updates, including timestamps for arrivals, job completions, and detailed return-work notes.</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Requirements: What You’ll Bring</strong></h3><p><strong>Technical Competencies:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Demonstrable success in similar role</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of renewable technologies and eco-friendly installations.</p></li><li><p>A solid foundation in all domestic hot water systems and the ability to diagnose complex faults.</p></li><li><p>G3 Unvented competency is essential.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in fault finding and the expert use of a multi-meter.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>An innovative approach to troubleshooting and a logical mindset.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently (lone working).</p></li><li><p>A commitment to taking responsibility and learning from every challenge.</p></li><li><p>A belief in unity and working collaboratively to solve customer challenges.</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Package</strong></h3><ul><li><p><span>Highly competitive base salary plus excellent + OTE</span></p></li><li><p><span>Company van and fuel card.</span></p></li><li><p><span>29 days annual leave (includes statutory bank holidays and Christmas/New Year closure).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Employer-contributed pension scheme</span></p></li><li><p><span>Enhanced Maternity/Paternity leave, Flexible Benefits (Bike to Work, Health Shield care plan), and Employee Assistance Program.</span></p></li></ul>
