Key Responsibilities of the RN - Pediatrics ER

• Provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in the Emergency Room
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management

Requirements of the RN - Pediatrics ER

• Current RN license in the state of Minnesota
• Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Prior experience in an ER or pediatric setting preferred
