Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for oil and gas economics and a knack for meticulous record-keeping? We’re seeking a skilled Division Order Analyst IV to play a critical role in ensuring accurate distribution of proceeds from oil and gas sales, managing complex ownership structures, and maintaining precise ownership records. Based at our Houston office, this long-term, hybrid position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and refine division order processes within the Maintenance Division, especially in the EOR region.

What You’ll Bring to the Table – Required Skills:

• Extensive experience with Maintenance Division Orders in the oil and gas sector
• Strong proficiency in analyzing title documents and ownership records
• Expertise in determining working interests among stakeholders, including company, working interest partners, overriding royalty, and royalty holders
• Ability to manage and update complex ownership databases with precision
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities within a team environment

Nice to Have Skills:

• Familiarity with electronic oil and gas accounting systems
• Experience working in the Greenway or Woodlands areas of Houston
• Knowledge of regional regulatory and operational standards in EOR zones

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Geology, Business, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in division orders or asset management within oil & gas

Other Requirements:

• Hybrid work schedule (9/80, working Tuesday through Thursday in-office)
• Location flexibility in Greenway or Woodlands offices
• Target compensation of $65.00/hour
