About the Role
Technical Salesforce Architect
Our client, a technology consulting firm, aims to help businesses reach their full revenue potential by aligning strategy, process and technology. They offer deep expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, RevOps, and data integration platforms, assisting their clients to optimize their entire revenue tech stack. They’re hiring a Salesforce Architect/Developer to join their fast growing team of professionals.
As the Solution Architect you will be responsible for:
Defining and maintaining architectural standards and solution design methodologies
Leading platform-level design decisions for data, integrations, security, and performance
Providing oversight across multiple teams to ensure scalable, consistent architecture and reusable frameworks
Mentoring Solution Architects and Lead Developers, guiding technical trade-offs and mitigating risk
Salesforce Modules you’ll work with:
Sales Cloud – Lead and opportunity management, forecasting, and sales automation.
Service Cloud – Case management, omnichannel support, and customer service optimization.
Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing) – Configure–Price–Quote workflows, billing automation, and revenue recognition.
Field Service (FSL) – Scheduling, dispatch, and mobile management of field technicians.
Marketing Cloud / Account Engagement (Pardot) – Campaign automation, customer journeys, and lead nurturing.
Experience Cloud – Building customer, partner, and self-service portals.
Commerce Cloud – Creating unified B2B/B2C digital commerce experiences.
This is a fully remote position. Only candidates who currently live and have eligibility to work in Canada or the United States will be eligible.
