Senior Planner

New Opportunity

An established planning consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Planner (MRTPI) to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious planner looking to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of projects while contributing to business development and client growth.
The role will involve:
Managing a varied portfolio of planning applications and appeals.
Preparing planning statements and providing strategic planning advice.
Working on residential developments, later living schemes, mixed-use developments and projects within Conservation Areas.
Building and managing client relationships.
Supporting business development initiatives and mentoring junior planners.
They're keen to speak with candidates who have:
MRTPI status.
Around 3-7 years’ experience within a private planning consultancy.
Strong residential planning experience.
Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness.
