We’re seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Billing Specialist to join a growing team in Southgate, MI. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical and billing experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process invoices and billing documentation
- Review billing data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Audit records and run reports to ensure all billable transactions are captured
- Submit invoices through customer portals and email supporting documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding billing updates
- Assist with customer billing inquiries and special projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with accounting or financial software preferred
- Month end (2 days) may have to work later on Monday & Tuesday until 5:30
