Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities within the Data & AI market
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships across technology-driven organisations
- Take ownership of a high-growth recruitment vertical
- Source and engage top Data, Machine Learning, and AI talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and headhunting
- Manage candidate relationships and provide expert market guidance
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing through to offer management
- Negotiate client and candidate terms while maximising commercial opportunities
- Build your reputation as a trusted specialist in the Data & AI market
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in recruitment or B2B sales
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruitment
- Strong communication and relationship-building ability
- Commercial mindset with strong negotiation skills
- Experience using CRM and recruitment technology
- Self-motivated with a proactive and driven attitude
- A clear ambition to progress into leadership
