About the Role
<strong>Counterbalance Forklift Drivers – 12‑Hour Shifts (Days & Nights) – Telford</strong><br><strong>Pay:</strong> £13.31 per hour (Days) / £15.13 Night Shift Premium<br><strong>Contract:</strong> Fixed until March 2027<br><strong>Hours:</strong> 7:30 – 19:30 or 19:30 – 7:30 <br><strong>Location:</strong> Telford<br><br><strong>The Role</strong><br><br>We’re recruiting experienced <strong>counterbalance forklift drivers</strong> to join a long‑term shift rota running until March 2027. You’ll be supporting warehouse and production operations, moving stock safely, loading/unloading, and keeping materials flowing across site.<br><br>This is a stable, well‑structured role with fixed 12‑hour shifts and a night‑shift premium.<br><br><strong>Shift Patterns Available</strong><br><br><strong>Dayshift (£13.31 per hour)</strong><br><br><ul><li><strong>Monday–Tuesday–Wednesday</strong> + every other Sunday<br><br></li><ul><li><strong>Thursday–Friday–Saturday</strong> + every other Sunday<br><br></li></ul></ul><strong>Nightshift (£13.31 + 13.64% premium)</strong><br><br><ul><li><strong>Sunday–Monday–Tuesday</strong> + every other Saturday<br><br></li></ul>All shifts run <strong>7:30 to 7:30</strong>.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br><br><ul><li>Operating a <strong>counterbalance forklift</strong> safely and efficiently<br><br></li><ul><li>Loading and unloading vehicles<br><br></li><li>Moving stock, pallets and materials across site<br><br></li><li>Supporting production and warehouse flow<br><br></li><li>Following site safety procedures and reporting hazards<br><br></li><li>Maintaining housekeeping standards<br><br></li></ul></ul><strong>Requirements</strong><br><br><ul><li>Valid <strong>counterbalance FLT licence</strong><br><br></li><ul><li>Previous forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment<br><br></li><li>Ability to work 12‑hour shifts<br><br></li><li>Good communication and reliability<br><br></li><li>Strong awareness of health & safety<br><br></li></ul></ul>If you’re interested, please apply now!
