Software Engineer Team Lead - SMB (Hybrid)

However, we are not able to sponsor visas or take over sponsorship at this time.</em></strong></p> <p><strong>About the role:</strong><strong><br></strong>As a Team Lead, you’ll be managing a team of engineers in designing and implementing technical solutions to business problems. You’ll be working closely with Product Management, Analytics, Sales and Operations, as well as collaborating with other Software Engineering teams to deliver business value.</p> <p>Our most successful Team Leads are “multipliers” who equip and empower their team, manage project timelines and expectations, build partnerships with other teams and functions, continually drive and improve the SDLC process, ensure timely remediation of production and operational issues, and actively manage risks that may impact delivery.</p> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of full-stack experience delivering scalable applications, preferably using backend languages like Java, Python, Go, and modern frontend development with React and TypeScript.</li> <li>Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing a team of engineers with diverse backgrounds and varying experience levels.</li> <li>The ability to solve problems in more than one language, and know exactly why one of them is better.</li> <li>Expertise with building software features, enterprise architecture, and API integration to facilitate first in class software.</li> <li>Agile project management skills, specifically the ability to oversee projects end-to-end, estimate work, and break up problems into deliverable parts.</li> <li>Experience deploying multiple web applications from a full-stack perspective.</li> <li>Experience collaborating with product managers to plan and scope products iteratively.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p> <p><span data-sheets-root="1">The budgeted annual salary range for this position is<strong> </strong>$116,000 to $160,000<strong>.</strong> Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown. Additional compensation for this role may include a bonus and restricted stock units.
