About the Role

TMM are delighted to be partnering with a global drilling company who are looking for an experienced Project Payroll Manager to lead the delivery, governance, and optimisation of HR and payroll systems projects.

     

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading end-to-end delivery of HR and payroll system projects.
  • Overseeing project execution, business analysis, system enhancements, and continuous improvement.
  • Managing global, multi-functional payroll initiatives.
  • Ensuring strong delivery governance and stakeholder engagement.
  • Driving optimisation of HR and payroll systems and integrations.

      

Key Experience Required:

  • Strong experience with SAP and/or Workday (HCM).
  • Knowledge of HR systems, SAP payroll, and payroll integrations.
  • Experience delivering global payroll transformation or system projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and prioritisation abilities.
  • Proven project leadership and management capability.

     

Aberdeen / hybrid with an early finish on a Friday.   

     

Remote working is also considered.
