 They're searching for a lead engineer for their Data Platform and BI team. Looking for someone who already has some team lead experience as you'll have 2 direct reports from the start, with the potential for that team to grow.
 The role is probably about 30% leadership and 70% hands-on work.
 Role Requirements:
 <ul>
 <li>Strong hands-on experience with SQL server and T-SQL Development</li>
 <li>Strong Power BI including dashboard design and data modelling</li>
 <li>Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric</li>
 <li>Strong experience administering and and supporting Azure SQL environments in production</li>
 <li>Experience leading a team, mentoring and managing both internal and external stakeholders</li>
