Fieldglass Specialist

<p>Location: Remote</p> <p>Employment Type: W2/Contract</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>SAP Fieldglass Consultant</strong> to lead and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Fieldglass—a leading cloud-based Vendor Management System (VMS). This role is essential to helping clients streamline external workforce and services procurement processes while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.</p> <p>As an expert in SAP Fieldglass, you will collaborate closely with clients to assess needs, deliver tailored solutions, and provide ongoing support and integration with enterprise systems. This is a client-facing role requiring strong functional expertise, communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset.</p> <p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Lead end-to-end SAP Fieldglass implementations, including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and training</li> <li>Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements and configure Fieldglass modules to align with organizational goals</li> <li>Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Fieldglass applications</li> <li>Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure user adoption and effective system utilization</li> <li>Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including configuration details, process flows, and user guides</li> <li>Integrate SAP Fieldglass with enterprise platforms such as SAP ERP, SuccessFactors, or third-party systems</li> <li>Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and automation</li> <li>Stay informed on Fieldglass product updates, enhancements, and best practices</li> <li>Act as a trusted advisor to clients on vendor management, contingent labor, travel, and expense process improvements</li> <li>Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of Fieldglass solutions on time and within scop</li> </ul> <p><b>Qualifications:</b></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field</li> <li>Minimum of 4 years of experience implementing and supporting SAP Fieldglass solutions</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of procurement, vendor management, and services procurement processes</li> <li>Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex system issues</li> <li>Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and internal stakeholders</li> <li>SAP Fieldglass certification is a strong plus</li> </ul> <p><b>Key Competencies:</b></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Customer-focused mindset with a drive for excellence and high-quality delivery</li> <li>Proactive and accountable, with the ability to work independently and within teams</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li> <li>Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment</li> <li>Effective collaboration and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues</li> </ul> <p><b>To Apply:</b><br /> Please submit your resume clearly detailing your SAP Fieldglass experience and project accomplishments.</p>
