As General Manager you will:
Take full responsibility for the overall management and performance of the hotel
Lead, inspire and develop a large multi-departmental team
Ensure exceptional guest experiences across all areas of the property
Oversee financial performance, budgets and revenue strategies
Maintain the highest operational and service standards throughout the hotel
Work closely with senior management to drive the continued success and reputation of the business
Foster a positive and professional working culture across all departments
