<p style="font-weight: 400">An established refurbishment and new build main contractor with a great reputation are looking for a Project Manager deliver on a Prime Refurbishment in the heart of SW London.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400">You’d be looking after 1 x £12million Refurbishment in the heart of Chelsea High-End Refurbishments – you’d be responsible for managing the Site manager but will also be heavily site based with some office involved. </p>
<p style="font-weight: 400">It’s a great opportunity to get in with a growing Main Contractor who have an incredible pipeline of secured projects going further into 2025.</p>

<p style="font-weight: 400"><strong>The company </strong></p>
<p style="font-weight: 400">The company specialises in high-end / prime residential refurbishments in London and Surrey. Typically, they’ll consist of either a High-End Refurbishment, new build or a combination of the two.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400">The company have a strong pipeline of works, are growing and there’s bags of room for growth as the company secures more and more work. </p>
<p style="font-weight: 400">They’re incredibly modern in their approach to construction, constantly looking for ways to improve their methods and therefore the final product. </p>
<p style="font-weight: 400">They’ve got happy supply chain and are financially sound.</p>

<p style="font-weight: 400"><strong>The Project Manager Role </strong><strong> </strong></p>
<p style="font-weight: 400">The successful Project manager will be based between the office in SW London or Surrey and look after a single site in Chelsea. </p>
<p style="font-weight: 400">The projects you will be managing are a 1 x £12 million refurbishment in Chelsea</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400">The role will be largely focused on the Chelsea project, programme, labour and scope of works, you’ll have a Site manager on site with supporting admin, you’ll also have a super supportive director and a well-resourced team to help should it be required.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400"><strong>The Project Manager – Requirements </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>High end residential refurbishment experience £6Million + budgets</li>
<li>Experiences in complex refurbishments with High End Finishes</li>
<li>Good people management experience</li>
<li>Programming experience</li>
<li>Procore Experience</li>
<li>Excellent organisational skills</li>
<li>Experience on Pro core is a plus</li>
</ul>
<p style="font-weight: 400"><strong>In return</strong> </p>

<li>£65,000 – £85,000</li>
