This is achieved through the execution and coordination of activities that support client operational, health & wellness, and service needs.</p><p></p><h3><b>Essential Functions & Scope of Role</b></h3><ul><li>Support Middle Market Account Executives’ strategic selling approach to best demonstrate Cigna Healthcare's value.</li><li>Develop and maintain a “Trusted Partner” relationship with Account Executives.</li><li>Fully understand client needs and, in conjunction with internal partners, develop and execute actions that address client issues.</li><li>Maintain in-depth knowledge of Cigna products, solutions, and services across all product lines (Dental, Behavioral, Pharmacy, Medical, Clinical, and Wellness & Incentives).</li><li>Effectively leverage Expert Advisors (e.g., Client Service Executive, Implementation Manager, Strategic Wellbeing Advisors) to deliver on client expectations.</li><li>Ensure all communications are clear, concise, and delivered in a timely and consistent manner, aligning with Cigna's strategy and value proposition. This may require broad organizational collaboration, influence, and escalation.</li></ul><h3></h3><h3></h3><h3><b>Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li><b>Education:</b> Bachelor’s degree preferred.</li><li><b>Experience:</b><ul><li>Health-related industry experience required, including many or all of the following: product knowledge, sales practices, account management, and administrative operations.</li><li>Knowledge of Cigna funding options, benefits structure, and platforms preferred.</li></ul></li><li><b>Skills:</b><ul><li>Ability to manage through systems and influence both external clients/brokers and internal matrix partners.</li><li>Salesforce and KnowledgeXchange experience preferred.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong presentation skills.</li><li>Demonstrated planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and plan for both short- and long-term needs.</li></ul></li><li><b>Other Requirements:</b><ul><li>Must reside in the local market and be able to commute to the local Cigna office.</li></ul></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 66,100 - 110,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.<p></p><p>This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.</p><p></p><p>At The Cigna Group, you’ll enjoy a comprehensive range of benefits, with a focus on supporting your whole health.
