Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking an Urgent Care Advanced Practice Provider for coverage in Altus, OK. The assignment involves providing urgent care services in a busy outpatient setting, with a schedule built around a rotating full-time model that includes weekend shifts. The work includes managing a diverse patient population across all ages, performing minor procedures, and supporting occupational medicine needs.

Opportunity Details:

• Location: Altus, OK
• Schedule: Full-time, rotating schedule with 36–42 hours per week, including every other weekend
• Assignment Length: 8–13 weeks, starting 05/18/2026, ending 07/31/2026
• Setting: Urgent Care clinic open 7 days/week, with extended hours (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Mon–Sat, 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM Sun)
• Employment Type: Locum Tenens

Clinical Scope:

• Manage a patient volume of 20–30 patients daily
• Provide care for all ages, including minor procedures and occupational medicine
• Support DOT-certified patients (preferred)
• Contribute to a team with strong on-site support staff and one additional provider at all times

Requirements:

• Oklahoma state license
• Open to new graduates
• Experience with minor procedures and occupational medicine
• DOT certification preferred
