A new hotel and dance studio may be coming to Prairie Ridge Boulevard and 91st Avenue on the northeast corner in the near future. The Pleasant Prairie Plan Commission has approved the master conceptual plan, certified survey map, and zoning amendment for the Pleasant Prairie, WI project.
The vacant property, owned by Bear Development, will be divided into two parcels, one for the dance studio and one for the hotel, on the 1.3 acres in the northern part of the property and the 2.3 acres on the southern part.
