A welcoming and ambitious secondary school in Kettering is seeking an inspiring and experienced Head of Drama to lead its thriving department from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to shape and develop a creative curriculum, inspire students across all key stages, and drive a vibrant culture of performance and artistic expression throughout the school community.Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire Start Date: September 2026 Contract Type: Full-Time | Permanent Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR (depending on experience)Lead, inspire and nurture creativity as Head of Drama in a forward-thinking secondary setting.The successful candidate will be a dynamic and enthusiastic practitioner with strong subject knowledge and the ability to motivate students of all abilities.
