Warehouse Manager

Onin Staffing is seeking a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone with prior warehouse leadership experience or a strong warehouse background ready to step into a management role. This position focuses on team coordination, inventory accuracy, and maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support warehouse staff in daily operations Coordinate receiving, storing, pulling, and shipping of inventory Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation Assist with physical inventory counts and cycle counts Ensure warehouse organization and space utilization Oversee equipment maintenance and safe operations Monitor productivity and address workflow issues Maintain a safe and clean work environment Skills and Experience Qualifications Previous warehouse experience required Prior warehouse lead or supervisory experience preferred (but not required) Basic math skills Basic computer skills (inventory systems, email, reports) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Ability to work in a warehouse environment Ideal Candidate Hands-on and willing to work alongside the team Organized and detail-oriented Dependable with strong work ethic Comfortable managing small teams
