Let’s go! 🚀</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>The Role:</strong></p> <p>Fospha is pioneering the future of marketing intelligence, moving enterprise retailers beyond the broken world of click-based attribution. Our mission is to transform complex data into the single, most trusted source of truth for CMOs and CFOs managing high-stakes budgets.</p> <p>As a <strong>Product Manager,</strong> your focus will be on solving the biggest problems in signal loss, market complexity, and measurement bias that plague high-growth retail brands today.</p> <p>We are looking for a rigorous, analytical PM ready to operationalize advanced modelling into tangible business decisions, driving sustainable growth for clients like Huel, Dyson, and Gymshark.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities &nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Product Development:</strong> Lead the ideation, development, and launch of products focused on marketing measurement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and data science to deliver high-quality products.</li> <li><strong>Roadmap Management:</strong> Develop and manage a detailed product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. Ensure timely delivery of product milestones and adapt to changing market conditions.</li> <li><strong>User-Centric Design</strong>: Advocate for a user-centric approach, collaborating with Product Design to ensure functionality meet the needs of end-users. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the product experience.</li> <li><strong>Data-Driven Decision Making:</strong> Leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to evaluate product performance and guide future enhancements.</li> <li><strong>Stakeholder Communication:</strong> Effectively communicate product roadmap and progress to stakeholders at all levels. Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to drive collaboration and support.</li> <li><strong>Problem Solving:</strong> Identify and address product issues and bottlenecks promptly. Implement solutions that enhance product reliability, scalability, and performance.</li> <li>In addition to your core responsibilities, we expect you to be excited by the opportunity Gen AI brings and find new ways of working utilising our Gen Ai hub!</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What are we looking for? &nbsp;</strong></p> <p>We hire for potential - you should apply if you:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Product Management Experience:</strong> &nbsp;Experience in product management, with a focus on marketing measurement and attribution products.</li> <li><strong>Analytical Mindset:</strong> Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.</li> <li><strong>Marketing Knowledge:</strong> In-depth understanding of marketing principles, measurement techniques, and attribution models. Experience working with marketing teams to align product goals with marketing strategies.</li> <li><strong>Technical Acumen:</strong> Familiarity with software development processes and technologies. Ability to work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications.</li> <li><strong>User Experience Focus:</strong> Demonstrated ability to discover and deliver products that prioritize user experience and customer satisfaction. Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.</li> <li><strong>Communication Skills:</strong> Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences. Proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams. Ability to build consensus and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.</li> <li><strong>Problem-Solving Skills:</strong> Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
