Structural Steel Project Manager

Structural Steel and Miscellaneous Metals Manufacturer seeking a Project Manager to join the team.

 

-Experience with concrete reinforcing, structural steel, miscellaneous metals. Including materials, fabrication processes and methods, negotiation, budgeting, scheduling, engineering, delivery methods.

-strong communication and relationship management skills

- Ability to work under pressure in fast paced fluid environment without supervision

-Proficiency with reading and interpreting structural drawings and specifications

-General oversight with submittals

-Direct contact for customers- excellent problem-solving skills

-Assist with estimating change orders

-Collaborate with Production Manager on scheduling work and finished goods delivery

-Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

-Highly organized, accurate and detail oriented

 

Computer Programs:

Tekla EPM, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, Computer Ease

 

Qualifications:

-Experience with structural steel, miscellaneous metals, reinforcing steel, concrete

 

Education:

Minimum of associates degree in Drafting/Estimating or construction management

B.S. Civil Engineering or Construction management preferred
