Der Bereich Informationstechnologie (IT) der Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG verantwortet die Bereitstellung, den Betrieb und die konzeptionelle und technologische Weiterentwicklung aller Informationssysteme der Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG und ihrer Tochtergesellschaften. Die IT ist dabei kontinuierlich bestrebt, die Geschäftsprozesse von HEIDELBERG durch Einsatz moderner Technologien weiterzuentwickeln, und diese so effizient wie möglich bei gleichzeitig hohem Exzellenzanspruch bereitzustellen. HEIDELBERG hat eine strategische Partnerschaft mit der Fa. Vincorion beschlossen, und tritt damit in das Marktsegment „Defence“ ein. Vor diesem Hintergrund sind erweiterte Anforderungen auch an die IT zu erfüllen, insbesondere, aber nicht ausschließlich, im Hinblick auf regulatorische Vorgaben vor allem im Bereich Security. HEIDELBERG sucht deshalb zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt am Standort Wiesloch einen Senior Consultant IT for Defence, der diese Anforderung strukturiert erfasst, mit den beteiligten Fach- und IT-Bereichen abstimmt und deren Umsetzung in hochdynamischen Umfeld vorantreibt und sicherstellt. Ihre Aufgaben Strukturierte und ganzheitliche Erfassung, Bewertung und Priorisierung der Business-Anforderungen an das Segment Defence aus IT-Perspektive, unter Berücksichtigung relevanter Standards und Vorschriften (z.B. NATO STANAGs, BSI-Grundschutz) Abgleich der Anforderungen mit der bestehenden IT-Landschaft und Erstellung einer Roadmap, eines strategischen Enterprise- und IT-Architektur Zielbilds sowie Migrations- bzw. Maßnahmenplans Abbildung der Anforderungen Konzeption sicherheitskritischer IT-Systeme und technischer Architekturen sowie Beratung zu IT-Sicherheitsstrukturen und -Architekturen im Rahmen von Classified-Umgebungen Aufbereitung und Ausarbeitung zielgerichteter Management-Unterlagen zur Diskussion- und Entscheidungsfindung inkl. stringenter und zielgruppenadäquater Darstellung der Optionen, deren Evaluation, Konsequenzen und nächster Schritte Leitung von IT-(Teil-)Projekten im Defence-Bereich Aktive und lösungsorientierte Beratung von HEIDELBERG IT und Fachbereichen hinsichtlich Anforderungen an Defence sowie deren Umsetzung Unsere Anforderungen Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Master/Diplom) der Fachrichtung (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder -Ingenieurwesen, Mathematik, Naturwissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs Mehrjährige (>5 Jahre) relevante Berufserfahrung als IT-Berater oder -Architekt im Defence-, Rüstungs- oder Public Security Umfeld sowie Kenntnis geeigneter Frameworks und Standards (z.B. NATO STANAGs, BSI-Grundschutz) Erfahrungen im Umgang mit klassifizierten Informationen und Sicherheitsüberprüfungen und daraus resultierenden Anforderungen an IT-Systeme, IT-Architekturen und Geschäftsprozesse Verständnis von IT-Architekturen sowie von Netzwerk- und Cyber-Security Technologien Strategisches und Konzeptionelles Denkvermögen, strukturierte Herangehensweise bei gleichzeitig hohem Maß an Flexibilität Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit, kontinuierlich komplexe Sachverhalte proaktiv und kritisch zu hinterfragen, methodisch sauber und klar zu beschreiben, Umsetzungsvorschläge zu entwickeln, auszuarbeiten und zielgerichtet umzusetzen Selbstständige, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise Team- und Kooperationsfähigkeit, Kommunikationsgeschick und Überzeugungskraft sowie Stressresistenz und Belastbarkeit Sehr gute Deutsch- und sichere Englischkenntnisse Integrität und grundsätzliche Bereitschaft, sich ggf. regelmäßig einer persönlichen Überprüfung zu unterziehen Why work for HEIDELBERG?
