About the RoleAs a KS2 ARP Teaching Assistant, you will:Support pupils with a range of complex SEND needs, including autism and communication difficultiesWork closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and wider support staffDeliver targeted support on a 1:1 basis and in small groupsHelp pupils develop communication, independence, and social skillsAssist in creating a calm, structured, and engaging learning environmentSupport personal care where required in a sensitive and professional mannerThis role would suit someone patient, resilient, and genuinely passionate about supporting children with additional needs.
