Our team of Social Infrastructure specialists revitalise homes and communities by carrying out a wide range of work, from retrofit to refurbishment, and maintenance

About the Role
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Call Advisor to join our team. This is a fast-paced, inbound role where you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their tenants, delivering clear, efficient, and professional support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound calls from clients and tenants

  • Providing updates on ongoing repairs

  • Booking new appointments and adjusting existing visits

  • Delivering accurate company information and guidance

  • Managing communications via phone, email, and internal systems

  • Using systems such as 3CX, Teams, Outlook, and TotalMobile (Connect)

  • Previous experience in inbound call handling or a customer service role

  • Strong communication skills with a professional and approachable manner

  • Ability to remain calm and resilient in a busy environment

  • Efficient, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks

  • A reliable team player who supports colleagues and contributes to a positive working environment
