We have an exciting new opportunity to join our team as a Group Sustainability Coordinator!
This role is a key enabler of Culina Group’s commitment to environmental stewardship and responsible business practices. This role serves as the central point of coordination for sustainability initiatives across the Group, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and global standards such as the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).
The successful candidate will act as a bridge between strategy and execution—translating high-level sustainability goals into actionable plans, tracking progress, and driving continuous improvement. By managing data integrity, supporting compliance, and fostering collaboration across departments, the role ensures that sustainability becomes embedded in day-to-day operations.
Beyond reporting and project support, the Group Sustainability Coordinator will champion cultural change, engaging stakeholders at all levels to build awareness and accountability. This position is critical to achieving Culina Group’s ambition of reducing environmental impact, enhancing resource efficiency, and delivering long-term value for customers, employees, and communities.
