You&#8217;ll oversee inspection, testing and maintenance activities across a varied client base, ensuring lightning protection systems are compliant, safe and maintained to the highest standards while supporting and developing engineers in the field.</p> </p> <p>The role is home-based and can be located anywhere in the UK, ideally within easy reach of a major city due to customer demand. You will be responsible for travelling to customer sites nationwide, with up to <strong>2 nights away per week</strong> required.</p> </p> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous experience working with lightning protection systems is essential.</li> <li>NVQ in Electrical Installations</li> <li>Experience in a supervisory, senior engineer or team leader role is advantageous.</li> <li>Knowledge of lightning protection testing, inspection and relevant standards.</li> <li>Full UK driving licence.</li> <li>Full right to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship.</li> <li>Comfortable travelling nationwide and staying away when required.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Package</strong></p> <ul> <li>Up to <strong>£44,000</strong> basic salary.</li> <li>Overtime available (paid door-to-door after 40 hours).</li> <li>37.5-hour week: <strong>8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday, 2:00pm finish Friday</strong>.</li> <li>20 days annual leave + bank holidays, increasing with service to <strong>28 days + bank holidays</strong>.</li> <li>Private healthcare.</li> <li>Company van.</li> <li>£25 overnight food allowance.</li> <li>Excellent long-term career progression within a growing national business.</li> </ul> <p><img src="https://counter.adcourier.com/RW5naW5lZXJpbmcuMzQ5NDIuMTMxMDhAYm1zLmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif"></p>
