<span><span><span><span>The Network Technician is responsible for performing <b>logical configuration, basic testing, and quality checks</b> on networking and related hardware in a production environment. This role works under the direction of engineering and production leadership and follows clearly documented procedures to ensure devices are built accurately and consistently.</span></span></span></span><br />
<span><span><span><span>The Network Technician works cross‑functionally within the Supply Chain and Production organizations and reports directly to a Production Supervisor.</span></span></span></span><br />

<li><span><span><span><span><span>Perform <b>basic troubleshooting</b> of configuration or logical issues using documented processes</span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span><span>Capture configuration data, QC records, and testing results accurately in required systems</span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span><span>Conduct <b>quality checks and physical audits</b> of equipment and accessories</span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span><span>Use established tools to <b>track work status and progress</b></span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span><span>Follow engineering documentation, network design documents, and rack elevations as provided</span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span><span>Escalate issues appropriately when work instructions are unclear or errors are identified</span></span></span></span></span></li>

<span><span><b><u><span><span>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</span></span></u></b></span></span>

<li><span><span><span><span><span>2–4 years of experience in a <b>network technician, data center technician, or similar production‑focused role</b></span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span><span>Working knowledge of <b>networking fundamentals</b> (routing, switching, basic wireless concepts)</span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span><span>Experience configuring network devices using <b>documented procedures</b></span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span><span>Ability to follow detailed instructions with a <b>high degree of accuracy and consistency</b></span></span></span></span></span></li>
