About the Role

Job Description: Overview We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our HR team in Columbus, OH. This role is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of a wide range of positions, and supporting the development of talent pipelines to elevate the overall quality of talent hired at Rogue. The ideal candidate is a hands-on recruiter, with a combination of high-volume recruiting experience and ability to strategically source and place candidates across various departments and levels. Our Recruiters work onsite fulltime from our Columbus, OH headquarters. Responsibilities Support the development and execution of proactive talent pipelining initiatives (passive candidate sourcing, networking) to ensure a continuous supply of qualified candidates for current and future roles Contribute to Rogue’s talent acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and implement effective assessment methods Assist in efforts to strengthen Rogue's employer brand in the marketplace to attract top candidates Conduct full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions, including high-volume recruitment of manufacturing and distribution team members and some specialized roles Proactively integrate AI-enhanced sourcing and screening tools to accelerate the recruitment funnel, optimizing time-to-fill while maintaining a high-touch candidate experience Champion a positive, professional, and consistent candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding Analyze recruitment data to provide basic insights and identify opportunities for improvement Conduct offer negotiations for assigned roles Qualifications 5+ years of progressive, full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in-house Experience recruiting for Manufacturing is strongly preferred Ability to understand and utilize hiring metrics and data Experience contributing to talent pipeline development efforts Genuine passion for fitness, strength training, and the Rogue mission/products, demonstrated through personal or professional experience, and the ability to serve as an authentic brand ambassador internally and externally Strong communication and networking skills Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and HR team members By applying to Rogue, regardless of the platform you choose to use, you are agreeing to Rogue's preferred methods of communication (i.e. text message).
